Description of problem:
Met two issue when configure kdump via ssh or via ssh+sshkey:
(1).Configure kdump via ssh failed after configured kdump via ssh +sshkey success.
(2).Configure kdump via ssh +sshkey failed after configured kdump via ssh success.

Only Configure kdump via ssh will be successful.
Only Configure kdump via ssh + sshkey will be successful.

could reproduce this bug in the follow version:
rhev-hypervisor6-6.6-20141007.0.iso
ovirt-node-3.1.0-0.20.20141006gitc421e04.el6.noarch

so clone it from upstream to track it in rhevh 6.6

If this is only affecting kdump if ssh w/ key is configured, then I'd move it to a z-stream.

We never saw a bug specific to this way of configuring kdump, thus I'm closing this bug for now.
