Description of problem:
On the Via C3 motherboard CD1 for Fedora Core 2 test1 reboots right
after initrd is loaded.

CD1 was tested on a different machine and it worked.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Insert cd in cdrom
2.Press enter at installation prompt
3.Wait for reboot
    

Actual Results:  Machine reboots

Expected Results:  First installation step after kernel is loaded

early (Pre Nehemiah) C3s are essentially 586s. test1 is broken on 586s.
