Screenshot of Plasma NM applet w/ Mobile Broadband & LAN

Description of problem:

In the Plasma NM applet transfer (up/down) speeds are shown for each connection. This works fine for WiFi & LAN connections, but I've discovered that in the case of a mobile broadband modem (USB HSPA modem) the speeds are shown as Up: 0 B/s Down: 0B/s when the connection is active and trasnmiting (for example KGet dl'ing at 400 kB/s)

A screenshot is attached showing an example

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.9.3.4-14

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect to Mobile Broadband connection
2. Connection successful, actual data transmission occurring
3. Speed is shown as 0 B/s / 0 B/s instead of actual speed

Actual results:
Speed is shown as 0 B/s / 0 B/s instead of actual speed

Expected results:
DL/UL rates are shown like other types of connections
