Description of problem: error message says  "*** No pubic keys found"

How reproducible: everytime


Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum install telegram-cli
2. telegram-cli
3.

Actual results:

"*** No pubic keys found"

Expected results:

"*** No public keys found"
