With glib2-2.42.2-1.el7.x86_64 (and libsoup-2.48.1-2.el7 upstream tests) the no-ssl tests pass:

PASS: no-ssl-test 1 /no-ssl/session-properties
PASS: no-ssl-test 2 /no-ssl/request-error
