"mkdirhier %buildroot/%{_includedir}/tk-private/{generic,unix}"
WTF is "mkdirhier"...sounds german :)

Expected results:
I personally would use:
"mkdir -p %buildroot/%{_includedir}/tk-private/{generic,unix}"
because it works... ;-)
