Description of problem:
reiserfs has debugging enabled, impacting performance!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. grep CONFIG_REISERFS_CHECK /usr/src/linux-2.6.3-1.100/configs
2. watch all the 'y's

Actual Results:  reiserfs debugging is enabled

Expected Results:  reiserfs debugging should be disabled for prod. kernel

ehmmm this is not exactly a production kernel....

I know - also the reiserfs module is located under unsupported!
The point i'm trying to make is that IF the reiserfs debug option is
NOT set to accumodate a specific task related to some problems with
this kernel, it should be switched off. Also it should be switched off
once FC2 is released or perhaps it should be mentioned in the
RELEASE_NOTES if for some reason it not possible/sane/stable
enough/<insert reason here>

it'll get turned off for test3 along with all the other debug options.
