Description of problem:
python-subunit 0.0.21-2.el7 in EPEL is too old to contain subunit2pyunit which allows to convert a subunit stream to pyunit test results.
python-subunit 1.0.0 is available and does contain subunit2pyunit

python-subunit is now part of the subunit component

The subunit2pyunit command is now in the subunit-filters package.  (The command "repoquery -f /usr/bin/subunit2pyunit" will answer such questions for you, by the way.)
