Description of problem:
File menu contains ...
  - Save
  - Revert

Toolbar contains ...

  - Save button
  - Revert button

Sensitivity of menu items depends on the "dirty" state, but buttons
on the toolbar are still sensitive.

Following patch is fixing this bug - sensitivity of these buttons
depends on the "dirty" state too.

1.Run system-config-service
2.Buttons (save, revert) are sensitive

Patch is fixing this bug.

Patch applied in cvs.  Should be fixed in system-config-services-0.8.7-1.
