Description of problem:

If a image is created without gnome, there are no information for countries and providers in the 3G modem configuration panel in My Settings (Sugar control panel)

Additional info:

Just adding mobile-broadband-provider-info as a dependency solves the problem.

This was fixed in 0.102.0-3 back in September
