Describe the issue: 

Having set kerberos authentication for Management CLI, and kerberos ticket cache located at standard /tmp/krb5cc_<uid>, logging in to CLI fails with error. IBM JDK expects kerberos ticket cache to be located at <user.home>/krb5cc_<user.name>. This needs to be documented as a known issue which prevents CLI clients running on IBM Java to connect to server. For more details see BZ1168921.

I have checked and corrected the flags for BZ1168921, so it should now appear in the 6.4.0 Beta release notes as a known issue.
