Description of problem:
Previewing article with full aplaws stack loaded results in NPE.
Previewing old versions of article (via history tab) results in DB
integrity constraint violation.

This is with the test-qgen core branch

cms/aplaws trunk, core test-qgen

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create article
2. add image
3. add file attachment
4 [details]. add categories
5. preview
6. preview a prior version from the history tab

Actual results:
NPE on preview
DB constraint violation on history preview

Expected results:
proper article preview page
