Description of problem:
When a new mail notification is shown from geary, clicking on the notification bubble causes gnome-shell to bring up a "geary is ready" notification

Expected results:
When clicking on the notification from geary, the geary window is shown and given focus, unless another window is given focus while the geary window is being shown.

Under Wayland, the scenario is worse. It doesn't focus the Geary window nor displays that notification to click on it and bring it to focus!

Gnome Bug 731101 has been marked as a duplicate of Gnome Bug 766284, which in turn has been moved to https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/issues/624 and closed in the meantime.
