Add /etc/ansible/roles and  /usr/share/ansible_plugins

Here is a patch to add /etc/ansible/roles and  /usr/share/ansible_plugins, who are part of the default configuration ( the first to be able to place systemd wide roles, the 2nd for plugins )

Sure. Applied and built in rawhide. 

Did you need it in other releases now? or rawhide good for now?

rawhide is good. I assume it is gonna go to others releases for next update, nothing urgent.
