Zanata currently allow uploading of files (Templates e.g. POT and Translations e.g. PO) through web UI and various command-line based clients. Though the translation files could individually be uploaded using WebUI, at present there is no way to upload files in a Drag-N-Drop manner. e.g. if you are unsure what I mean by Drag-N-Drop, take a look: www.google.com/help/hc/images/docs_50092_drag_drop_en.gif Having a feature of Drag-N-Drop for translation and source files together at the time of creation of a new project as well as after the project is being created, could save lot of time for not just the developers but also for the translators. This feature could potentially come under Nice-to-Have category, however we might really want to closely weigh it's priority based on the further roadmap. Thanks, Ankit
Hi Ankit, This should be mostly implemented, at least for source files: http://zanata.org/blog/zanata-version-3-5/ We should just need to make it available for all file uploads. Is this what you were thinking?
(In reply to Luke Brooker from comment #1) > Hi Ankit, > > This should be mostly implemented, at least for source files: > http://zanata.org/blog/zanata-version-3-5/ > > We should just need to make it available for all file uploads. > > Is this what you were thinking? That's half of the request I am putting here. How can we upload "both" the files (source and translations) together using Drag-N-Drop facility? Thanks, Ankit
Migrated; check JIRA for bug status: http://zanata.atlassian.net/browse/ZNTA-42
