Description of problem:
No way to enter rescue mode for workstation live media.

Additional info:
The installation guide states that in order to enter rescue mode you need to select rescue mode from under Troubleshooting, but this is not present in Live Workstation media (x64).

Please change the documentation to remove any references to rescue mode on the live installation boot menu.  I've removed that boot option.  Thanks!
