The default list of host repositories in rhel-osp-installer used space separation instead of comma separation, which caused host deployment to fail. This fix allows a list of either space-separated or comma-separated repositories, which ensures successful host registration and deployment.

Description of problem:
When getting to the subscription details step of the installer script, one option asks for a comma separated list of repos. However, the default list isn't comma separated, which could cause customers to proceed with a faulty preseeded list of repos.

1. Start rhel-osp-installer
2. Get to Subscription Details section

Expected results:
3. Comma separated repositories: rhel-7-server-openstack-6.0-rpms,rhel-7-server-openstack-6.0-installer-rpms,rhel-7-server-rh-common-rpms

Good catch.  Spaces don't work there currently.  

This patch allows spaces and updates the label to say comma or space separated

Impact of this:  

OOTB, customers using CDN/Sat6 for RH content will fail to install the target nodes

Workaround:  In the UI, 

* go to Hosts -> Operating Systems.  
* Select RHEL 7
* go to the Parameters tab
* change the repos entry from space separated to comma separated
* save
* deploy/redeploy hosts

Instead of asking comma separated repos, the line now says:
"Comma or Space separated repositories: rhel-7-server-openstack-6.0-rpms rhel-7-server-openstack-6.0-installer-rpms rhel-7-server-rh-common-rpms"
