Description of problem:
Unable to delete the uploaded jar from the Artifact repository using business  central,

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
BPMS-6.x

How reproducible:
Upload a jar using business central into artifact repo, and try to delete from business central UI. 

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual results:
There is no option in business central UI to delete the uploaded jar, yo have manually navigate to app server bin folder repository and delete the respected jar from the repository folder

Expected results:
It is good to have a delete function in business central UI
