Suggestions for improvement:

Sybase requires the <is-same-rm-override> property to be explicitly set to 'false' or it will not properly work with multiple resources in a single transaction. The example datasource should include <is-same-rm-override>false</is-same-rm-override> (the same as the Oracle example)
