Teiid subsystem is not configured in these profiles:

Standalone mode: standalone-full 
Domain mode: default, full

Teiid does not support running in any "Full" mode, because in a distributed environment, HA is needed for Teiid to cluster correctly.   And this goes to using default as well.

I believe its documented what is supported (maybe not explicitly what is not).
