Title: Backing Up the Engine Database Using the backup.sh Script

Describe the issue:

In the /usr/share/ovirt-engine/dbscripts/ directory there is no backup.sh file

Suggestions for improvement:

Please remove this section from the Admin Guide as its not applicable. 

Section 15.1. Backing Up and Restoring the Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager covers this

Julie, all this bug entails is removing section "16.2 Manually Backing Up and Restoring the Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager" from the Administration Guide.
