Description of problem:
Trying to get the EMU10K1 mod loaded and bails out. There are 
numerous other listed bugs (just like this one) that have been closed 
as fixed with a kernel patch. I am completly patched and updated for 
every redhat component release.

So you're not even running the 0.20 module you built yourself.
It sounds like you broke something during the installation.
Either that, or you've somehow mixed your emu10k1 modules that came
with 2.4.20-30 with some of the 0.20 modules (which would obviously
break).

Either way, I'm pretty sure this is either your bug, or the emu10k1 folks.
