This package has changed maintainer in the Fedora. Reassigning to the new maintainer of this component.
The rubygem-rmail package was retired in August 2019 due to FTBFS (bug 1675950) because it was dead upstream for quite a while. However there is actively maintained friendly fork at https://github.com/terceiro/rmail and that maintainer is now publishing new releases on rubygems. So we could resurrect this package. Unfortunately it looks like I would have to file a fresh package review request because it's been retired for so long...
I filed the fresh review as bug 1846782.
