Description of problem: Zanata is a pain to sign up to. Activation blocking causes too many headaches for user and developer. It should simply be: - User signs up - Is already logged in - Can alter anything related to their own account - Receives an activation/verify email - Can ignore it for now - Attempts to translate, create a project, or anything non-account - Indicates a message to verify their email before the can - Didn't receive an email? - Go to account settings - Oops, email wrong - change and get new one - Email's right - send me a new one please - Log out, log back in later - Hey, you haven't verified your email - better do it!
