Patch against kde-partitionmanager.git with spec-file update for new version.

Description of problem:
Upstream released a new bugfix version (v1.1.1) for KDE4.

More info can be found in the latest blog entry written by kde-partitionmanager's current maintainer:

I also added a patch for the spec file which builds and runs fine on fc20.
(The patch is actually for the kde-partitionmanager.git repository.)

kde-partitionmanager-1.1.1-1.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20.

Package kde-partitionmanager-1.1.1-1.fc20:

* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing kde-partitionmanager-1.1.1-1.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.

kde-partitionmanager-1.1.1-1.fc20 has been pushed to the Fedora 20 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
