I have attached log files from /tmp folder.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download Fedora-Server-netinst-x86_64-21.iso
2. choose language for your Fedora install
3. do not set up WiFi network and disconnect LAN
4. go to Date & Time and set "On" in Network Time
5. systemctl stop chronyd.service will stop installer from running

"INFO program: Running... systemctl stop chronyd.service" runs in a loop so I have removed most of them from "program" to reduce file size.
