Description of problem:
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux_OpenStack_Platform/6/html/Deploying_OpenStack_Proof_of_Concept_Environments/chap-Requirements.html#sect-Software_Requirements has a section "Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform Installer". Since this is the packstack guide, I'm thinking the section should be removed
