Comment 5 Pradeep Kilambi 2015-04-17 17:22:03 UTC
Best way to verify this would be:

* Make sure your setup is up and ceilometer and neutron services are running

* From horizon dashboard, try to create firewall, load balancer and vpn services.

* This includes things like creating a vip, members, firewall rules, load balancer service and vpn tunnels.

* ceilometer should start capturing the notifications from these events

* on ceilometer, try running commands like:

$ ceilometer meter-list

you should see the network.service.* meters

$ ceilometer sample-list -m <meter-name> should give you the samples etc

feel free to poke me on irc (prad)
