Description of problem:
It is possible to add menu item with space characters and it causes that  business central does not start.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.1.0.ER6

How reproducible:
-

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create dynamic menu. (Extensions -> Plugin Management -> New... -> New Dynamic Menu)
2. Add menu item with Activity Id = " " and Menu Label = " ". (Space character)
3. Save plugin. Refresh browser.

Actual results:
Business central does not start.

Expected results:
Menu item with parameters containing spaces cannot be added. Error should be displayed.
