Description of problem:
startup_wait and shutdown_wait options of cman MySQL RA are ignored by clufter while they could be converted to "start" and "stop" options, respectively.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try converting cluster.conf containing mysql resource with defined startup_wait and shutdown_wait timeouts

Actual results:
timeouts ignored completely

Expected results:
timeouts should be migrated to pcs
