Django version 1.5.x is no longer supported upstream and does not receive security updates:

https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/internals/security/#supported-versions

Please deprecate this package in both epel-6 and fedora-20 to prevent users from installing an unsafe version of Django.

Users can migrate to versions 1.4, 1.6, 1.7, or 1.8.
