In the requester's words:

"Property substitution for boolean values in a switchyard.xml file is not supported, e.g. ${foo:false}. This was already requested as part of https://issues.jboss.org/browse/SWITCHYARD-1336, but was put on hold. We need this feature to configure the "clustered" attribute on an SCA Binding."

Adding link to SwitchYard tooling JIRA for handling the required tooling updates once we have the runtime changes made for the SCA binding.

This is complete. I am waiting for the next tag of the SwitchYard runtime to be released and I will release a new tooling build that includes these changes.
