System is a Fujitsu Lifebook A512, Intel Core i3-3110M

00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation 3rd Gen Core processor Graphics Controller (rev 09) (prog-if 00 [VGA controller])
	Subsystem: Fujitsu Limited. Device 16c2
Flags: bus master, fast devsel, latency 0, IRQ 26
	Memory at f0000000 (64-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=4M]
	Memory at e0000000 (64-bit, prefetchable) [size=256M]
	I/O ports at 4000 [size=64]
	Expansion ROM at <unassigned> [disabled]
	Capabilities: <access denied>
	Kernel driver in use: i915
	Kernel modules: i915

OS is Fedora 21 MATE-Compiz x86_64.

Same behaviour observed with both marco and compiz

Up until today's Xorg driver update the same behaviour occurred in F22 as well on this notebook.

The issue is fixed by the latest Xorg Intel display driver version available in the stable repositories:

2.99.917.9.20150520.fc22

I can't test for F21 having clean installed F22 on the notebook but would say the same most likely applies.
