Description of problem: We have dnf-langpacks plugin which works with language packages. For zh_CN language one can perform commands dnf langinfo zh_CN dnf langinstall zh_CN Here, man-pages-zh_CN was not picked by langpacks plugin some releases ago as its name does not fall into proper langpacks naming guidelines like other package in Fedora are following. It should have been named as man-pages-zh_CN. We then added special parsing case in current langpacks plugin code for this. But now I am planning some changes in langpacks plugin and want to see virtual provides in specfile as Provides: man-pages-zh_CN I therefore request to make this change in fedora repositories f22+ Thanks.
Just wondering should we join effort on man-pages-l10n. I am actually open for both way. Tagoh san, what do you think
That would be nice though, maybe a separate issue.
