Andy - can you provide your opinion on this request or more detail on what would actually be useful to collect to meet the request?
Erich: We need to figure out what we need from this RFE bug - if this is all covered in the discussion and email thread related to log access, etc. then we can close this bug. Else, we should define/select what we need here and create a card for this.

The focus for this is to collect information from a pod, that can help to troubleshoot application issues. Key things we should be collecting with this request, are pod logs and pod metrics (cgroups information). The key difference between this request and the request to have OpenShift online (have visibility) into these items, is that this allows customers a simple endpoint to trigger a support collection event. - Think SOSReport for your pod.
(In reply to Eric Rich from comment #5) > (In reply to Abhishek Gupta from comment #4) I am sorry, this comment should have been spun off on to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1397539 This request / RFE is more aimed at getting "billing/quota/limit" information for users, and not diagnostics.
CEE now has: 1. tier-2 access (if not already, they should have it soon) to look into customer resources on the cluster 2. APIs to fetch subscription information for Pro/Dedicated Also, a separate RFE exists for collecting pod data for diagnostics (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1397539). At this point, since this is an old RFE, is there anything specific that is required here?
At this point, I am not sure what exactly is required here. Assigning to Jake to help clarify requirements.
