Current Global OpenStack requirements have an oddity like this:

eventlet>=0.16.1,!=0.17.0

Not sure what's up with this, but anyhow, Swift needs 0.16.1
for EC to work. It has to do with the support of 100-Continue.

Oh... I guess 0.17.1 satisfies !=0.17.0
