I've noticed that the fedora package for wireshark is built without explicit support for libnl3. This disables support for various wifi-related features in dumpcap and the wireshark gui. Since libnl3 is already a common dependency on many desktop systems, it seems plausible to add libnl3 as an additional dependency for wireshark and enable it during build-time.
