Description of problem: Update was installed via yum this morning: Apr 21 09:08:37 Updated: gretl-1.10.1-1.fc20.x86_64 Attempting to start gretl via menu: never starts. Upon opening a terminal window this gretl update FAILS as follows: $ gretl Illegal instruction (core dumped) $ rpm -q gretl gretl-1.10.1-1.fc20.x86_64 Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.10.1-1.fc20.x86_64 How reproducible: Easily Steps to Reproduce: 1. run yum update gretl 2. attempt to open the program in gui or console Actual results: Illegal instruction (core dumped) Expected results: Gretl gui window opens (happens when downgrading to gretl-1.9.13-1.fc20.x86_64. I just downgraded to gretl-1.10.0-1.fc20.x86_64 and it does not exhibit the illegal instruction error that 1.10.1 shows.

Package gretl-1.10.1-2.fc22: * should fix your issue, * was pushed to the Fedora 22 testing repository, * should be available at your local mirror within two days. Update it with: # su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing gretl-1.10.1-2.fc22' as soon as you are able to.
