This again looks to be a filesystem labeling issue.  Can you run:

/sbin/fixfiles relabel

And report where that works?

Solved, from now on I install updates and do /sbin/fixfiles relabel
after it. Is there no way to let yum,rpm,up2date do it them selves
automaticly?
