The external sites fails because of hardcoded white background.

Unchecking "Use system colors" fixes this issue and that option has been changed to not be set by default:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1226489

However, this still does not fix the problem of form fields using incorrect colors.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.

This is fixed on 46.something and 47+ builds imho.
