Add support for linux-wlan-ng drivers in network init scripts

Description of problem:
The stock Fedora network scripts don't quite work with the
linux-wlan-ng wireless network drivers. These two patches create an
additional device type 'wlanng' which will call the appropriate
wlan-ng startup script - enabling the use of standard ifup/ifdown
interface commands with wlan devices.

Adds support for device type 'wlanng', which uses wlan-ng setup scripts instead
of the wireless setup script.
