Created attachment 1025688 [details] installation-log I followed the upgrade using http://satellite.pad.engineering.redhat.com/sat60-61upgradenotes - however during installation I discovered that I needed to manually add the repository Other than that, the installation is default. We can see that the upgrade script restarted the services. I checked production.log and messages during time of issue, and found some 500 Internal Server Error.
