Description of problem:

python-pylibmc has not been built for EPEL7

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

N/A

How reproducible:

yum install python-pylibmc in EPEL7

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open terminal on RHEL7 server with EPEL7
3. Run yum install python-pylibmc as root


Actual results:

Could not locate package python-pylibmc

Expected results:

Installed python-pylibmc
