Description of problem:
There are some errors in the libgsf spec file.
1. *.so files are included in both libgsf and libgsf-devel packages
2. libgsf-devel requires only libgsf without any version-release.

Small enhancement : to reduce compilation time, add %{?_smp_mflags} on
the make line in %build section.

Version-Release number of selected component: libgsf-1.9.0-1
