Description of problem: lpf still uses yum and hence doesn't work on Fedora 22 Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): lpf-0.1-8.36e5aa0.fc22.noarch How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1.Install lpf and a package that uses it (e.g. lpf-flash-plugin from rpmfusion) 2.Run "lpf update" or a similar command that tries to install 3. Actual results: Output ending with: Yum command has been deprecated, redirecting to '/usr/bin/dnf -y shell'. See 'man dnf' and 'man yum2dnf' for more information. To transfer transaction metadata from yum to DNF, run: 'dnf install python-dnf-plugins-extras-migrate && dnf-2 migrate' No such command: shell. Please use /usr/bin/dnf --help It could be a DNF plugin command, try: "dnf install 'dnf-command(shell)'" Expected results: Package gets installed. Additional info:
The output I quoted is actually from the "lpf log" command that I ran after the "lpf update" failed.
I have patches under way. However, for now blocked by bug #1227671. Might be possible to walk-around, stay tuned.
