When using tap-and-drag gesture and dropping the object there is 1s delay before the object is dropped.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

libinput - 0.15.0

How reproducible: always (different touchpad models have the same behavior)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tap-and-drag any object (image, folder etc.)
2. Release the finger from the touchpad

Actual results:
There is a 1s delay before the object is "dropped"

The object is "dropped" right away
