Description of problem: - Boot is very slow with respect to 21 (no additional stuff at startup) - A SSD is used, it is nearly as slow as a HDD now for the time elapsed to boot - Similarly, it takes anormal time from the login page to show the window manager (Gnome) - The responsiveness of all gui apps seems not good (Nvidia Nouveau driver) - Checked cpu/disk usage nothing special NB: I did not know what component to put I found that 3 services are not running correctly, I am checking: - kdump.service - postgresql.service - sep3_15.service Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual results: Expected results: Additional info:

Postgresql missing db upgrade, done working fine
Kdump configured and the other module is for Intel Vtune (which does not work under Linux kernel 4.0)
Artifacts/Refresh issues see ticket: 1232637 and 1232659
Artifacts/Refresh issue confirmed on the Nouveau driver, not such issue in the Vesa driver. Graphic card Nvidia GT8800.
No artifacts issue with Nvidia 340.x driver. It takes ages to have the window manager --> Gnome ? I switched to text mode, the boot is as fast as expected
Performance issue is Gnome related. I rename the ticket for Artifacts issue and create another ticket for the performance issue with Gnome.
Small update, a usb device was putting some mess. I did not have any Artifact issue with the Nvidia driver, I reinstalled the Nouveau driver to check if I am still having the issue
Not any more any issue, closing ticket
