Actual results:
Guest Failed to finish installation ,sometimes Bsod ,someone report file missing . the installation media can pass sha1 check.

Expected results:
installation should be finished smoothly.

Tried 2 times with aio=threads w/ virtio-blk-pci, does not hit the issue.

Actual result:

Aditional info:
1 since qemu-kvm-rhev-2.3.0-2.el7 has been deleted on brewweb, so tried on qemu-kvm-rhev-2.3.0-6.el7(the nearest version)
2 tried on qemu-kvm-rhev-2.3.0-6.el7.x86_64 and qemu-kvm-rhev-2.3.0-31.el7.x86_64 cannot reproduce this bug. 

Please help to see if there is any mistake I have tried.
