On discussion with lbopf, we have confirmed that this issue has been resolved in the RHEL-OSP 5.0 documentation and beyond. In principle, only critical updates are made to documentation more than two versions beyond the current, and given the current status of RHEL-OSP 4.0, I am closing this bug.
