Description of problem:
I wanted to configure OS with fwaas enabled. 
No option found in "openstack overcloud deploy" command list for that

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install virt environment instack (undercloud) 
2.see option for "openstack help overcloud deploy" command 


Actual results:
no fwaas seen :(

Expected results:
should be able to configure fwaas.

This bug did not make the OSP 8.0 release.  It is being deferred to OSP 10.
